My husband works here as an over-the-road driver. They treat their employees better than any other trucking company. Most companies guarantee regular home time but never follow through, Estes DOES! In the 3yrs he's worked there, they've NEVER kept him out more than the 5 days he's scheduled to work. He's home a minimum of 2 days EVERY week. Yes, we pay for our benefits, but they are worth it! The company is there for their drivers: they run excellent equipment, are willing to work with the drivers to get them time off if needed, and they are a family owned business and understand & respect, not only their drivers, but also their families. I had a medical emergency, ended up in the hospital, my husband was on the road and I needed him right away. Estes made arrangements for him to come straight home and gave him the days off he needed to take care of me & our family with no questions asked. I can't say enough about how much this company card about its employees.
